Order Process

There is a 4 week minimum lead time required for all orders, as all candles are handmade. We are not able to make any exceptions to this timeframe.

- For orders of 100 units or more (the total of any item or combination of items) a minimum 30% non-refundable deposit is required before work will commence on the order. Full payment can be made at the time of ordering if desired. If a deposit less than 100% is made, the outstanding amount is due prior to shipping of the order.

At this stage the only way we can process part payments is through PayPal. Full payment can be made through the checkout of this website or PayPal if desired. If you would like to discuss alternate payment methods, please contact us by email.

- For orders under 100 units, full payment is required before work will commence on the order.

 

Once we receive your order and payment is made, we will contact you to arrange the design of your custom labels. Please note that we are unable to use any published or copyright material without written permission. Feel free to design your own artwork and send it through to us, or we can design your labels and consult with you the whole way.
